These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.watsondesignstudio.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from the Site. These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States Of America/Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in United States Of America/Texas for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through the Site, or updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
